This apartment was light, airy, clean, and very close to major attractions with great views of the palace. The only con- we stayed in the penthouse on the 7th floor and the elevator only goes to the 6th floor.

The property was clean and spacious, and location is excellent with close proximity to a lot of tourist attractions. Only complaint is the wi-fi, in which I had trouble with the connection and speed.

We liked the location. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very handy. The walls however were very thin and the bathroom tile needs re grouting.

Will not come back anymore
The room is small and dark. Outdated designed. The bedroom has no door but only a yellowish and dusty lace curtain. This was not convenient to us as two of my teenage daughters. I also booked a room for my accompanying friend with same rate. Her room is much cleaner, spacious and modern designed. I feel bad for paying the same price but getting different offer. But this is not the worst. The hot water could only available for 1.5 persons for shower! What a unforgettable experience when you were all wet with soap but no more hot water in 2 degree Madrid! In our stay we have to take turns for bathing, two in the morning two at the night time. We couldn’t even wash our hands with warm water because we had to save it for showers. The location is good. This is the only good thing that impressed me during the stay.

NOT GOOD
This location looks good on the map, but sidewalks filled with vagrants. Almost any other location in central Madrid would be better. The apartment we VERY poorly equipped. The stone floors were not well scrubbed/cleaned. The beds were VERY unstable/uncomfortable. We were so glad to be out of this place. Finally, service is non-existent. This is run like a hands-off passive investment in an apartment building purchased cheaply in the crisis.

Staff was really friendly, helpful and they have customer service as their number 1 priority. The apartment was well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, and a tv. The hotel is close to Plaza de España, subway line, historic places. We will definitely stay there again.

Spacious, location is great! Home away from home! Washing machine and even a drying rack! Restaurant next door is delicious. The only problem is the metal dining chairs make super loud noise when moved. We heard people upstair and believe people below us can hear us when we move the chair.

The property was well centralized near good food spots. The palace is right up the street as well. All the front desk receptionists all spoke English very well. The apartments were clean with well equipped kitchens and the bed was quite comfortable

Great location and fabulous room! We stayed in the penthouse suite and were very impressed! The only problem we ran into was the lack of hot water, which seemed to run out within five minutes into taking a shower. Other than that, would stay there again no problem!

The hotel with good location and nice room.
Good location near loyal palace.clean and spacious room with nice kitchen.Quick check in. The only thing bothering me was the bad insulation of the room .so I can hear people talk loudly in their room during midnight .

Great place to stay for the money you pay
This place is very well located, very close to the Royal Palace, The Plaza Mayor, many major landmarks, walking distance to Plaza del Sol. The service is excellent, polite, accommodating. The apartments are spacious and well equipped.

I had a great view of the Royal Palace from my room. The bathroom had a funny outdour coming from it which was not pleasant. The hotel was right in the middle of the city with walking access to tourist spots. My first impression of hotel wasn’t great when I tried to Checkin - the front desk person wasn’t all that friendly!!

A+ service, A+ time in Madrid!
This hotel is an amazing value! The service is great, the staff friendly, and the space HUGE! We had what was basically a full flat with bedroom, living, kitchen, and bath. The bathroom was huge, although the shower needs some updating to keep the water from running to the floor. As for location, it's a bit on the outskirts of 'central' but super close to the royal palace and only about 15 minutes to central Madrid. Worth the extra effort and definitely worth the service!!!

Great apartment in an ideal location

Almost like home in Madrid
Put off a bit by the lobby/reception area but the apartment was wonderful. Clean, spacious, even a dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen area (which we didn't need to use). Best bed and nicest bedding we have had on this 12 day holiday in Spain. Great bathrom. Reception staff very helpful. Only negative was wifi limited to 2 devices, but easy to work around this. Located just on the edge of the restaurant area so lots of choices. Little grocery store nearby very useful. Walking distance to many of the major sites, including the Royal Palace.

great value for money, highly recommended
This is a very good value for money. It was the first time we used an apartment type of accommodation as opposed to regular hotels. This worked great. The location is great, right next to the royal palace, 5 minutes to metro with just a quick ride to most other Madrid attractions. Many places popular among tourists are also accessible by a reasonably short walk. The place is clean, quiet (other than doors being shut by other guests which is rare). It had everything needed in the kitchen (full size freezer/fridge, microwave, electric kettle, modern coffee maker that uses those aluminum cups with different choices, silverware, tableware, pans, etc.). There is an iron, hair dryer, etc. The sitting room is actually quite large. The TV had only one channel in English, but we did not come to watch TV, plus Internet connection was adequate. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The only thing to remember that we were not told: if you are leaving early, do not drop your key into the self-chekout box until you open the gate to the courtyard otherwise you may be stuck and miss your flight. They need to emphasize that. We dropped the key, but we were lucky as someone else was leaving and opened gate. Nevertheless, overall I think it was a great choice and experience.

Well equipped apartment in great location
We stayed here twice in a week, and while the first apartment we had was fine, the one we had when came back the second time was bigger, roomier and had a full (but condensed) kitchen. Washing machine and drying rack were great for a travelling family. Location was excellent as easy to walk around the city or catch the metro if going further.

This is a great property. Very spacious. Check in was easy. Everything that you need to cook or do laundry. Big bathroom. Helpful staff. Do offer luggage storage. Let me check in early. Great AC. Close to the royal palace. Quite frankly you don’t need to be in central Madrid to get to all the tourist spots. Walking distance to everything plus the Metro right near by if you need it. Especially when coming from the airport. Very cost efficient. Will stay again!!

Fully functional apartment at a reasonable price
I am very pleased with my stay, although there were several issues to report. Majority of the issue were resolved with a small delay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It has an equipped functional kitchen, a bedroom with attached bathroom and a lounge. I love to stay at this location. It is reasonable priced and lovely decorated. The building is however quite old and therefore not modern.

Enjoyed staying at Woo Traveling Plaza !
Clean room, Convenient amenities, nice to have laundry washer in a room. Close to shopping area. Nice reception desk staff. We really enjoyed staying !! Thank you

Excellent location for Gran Via and real value for money. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the family. Highly recommended

Great location for many Madrid tourist attractions and staff extremely helpful especially Maria who was wonderful and went out of her way to assist. Would definitely recommend excellent value for money
