My mattress cover sheet was dirty. I took photos and video, as I returned to my room at 2am and just dealt with it. I complained to the staff in the morning, showed the photos and video and sent along via email to management. Management replied that it must have been dirt that I tracked in to the bed via suitcase (didn't have one) or my own body (I showered before getting in bed). Needless to say, I'm very disappointed in the way management handled this. Could have been a very nice experience had my sheets been clean.

The hotel location is very convenient to the Metro and walkable to nearby restaurants and convenience/grocery stores. Staff was friendly and the rooms are updated, comfortable and clean. Overall a great stay for a reasonably priced hotel .

Nos encantó el Hotel, nítido y todos los de la Recepción fueron amables y corteses. También se hospedó mi hermana y fam, y concluimos que fue una excelente opción. El desayuno bueno, quizás necesitan extender un poquito más el tiempo. Ah! Y la señora Dominicana es excelente . Cuando regrese a Madrid sin lugar a dudas me Hospedo ahí.

The staff at the reception were very professional and helpful. The hotel is located next to a metro stop that can take you anywhere you want in Madrid. The area around the hotel is active but it is not considered a destination for shopping or food or any attraction. The things I didn't like about the hotel but no big deal: the bed sheets were old and leave residues on your clothes. No USPs anywhere in the room. TV channels were very limited.

Nice hotel, very clean an close to metro station. A little far from main attraction, but with a little walk or public transportation it was easy to handle. Very nice stay.

Good Value Hotel on the outskirts of the centre.
Nice hotel near metro Cuatro Caminos. On the outskirts of the centre. We stayed there as it is 2 stops from the Botanic Concerts. Good value hotel for Madrid. Friendly staff easy check in.

Very nice hotel, right near the CuatroCaminos metro station with easy transportation in a safe, conveninent but still quiet place in the city. Rooms are nice, clean and quiet and the staff is very nice

This hotel is shiny and new feeling, but I found it kind of lacking personality. The restaurant is apparently closed, and there were not many people there, so it seems a bit quiet and hard to bond with. But maybe its just not my style.

A visit to a Conference in Madrid
The hotel was suggested by the conference organisers. There was little information about the hotel available from my contacts. However, it was comfortable and clean and tidy. They had a breakfast service, sadly no lunch or dinner service was offered. However, they are located near quite a few reasonable eateries that are value for money. They had a coffee making machine in the room, sadly you have to buy each pod at 1€ each, I did not find this out until the day before I was due to leave. I bought 6, but none of them worked - so I was refunded the money.

This hotel was a welcome place to stay at the end of our (family of 3) 2-week visit to Spain. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location is a ways distance from central Madrid, but it was what we had to sacrifice for a room that accommodated three people. However, there was easy access to cabify, taxi, or metro. There is a well-sized grocery store a short walk from the hotel, which made our stay even more confortable. Highly recommend!

Location is great, just within a few minutes walking from metro and bus stations. There are also ole tu of dining and shopping options around. Area is safe. Hotel staff was always cordial and all amenities were great. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

Lovely hotel with easy access to the Metro. We came to Madrid to watch Real Madrid play. The location was ideal for trip to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. No more than 10 minutes on the Metro. And with the Metro so close to the hotel it was easy getting to the centre of the city and to and from the airport. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent hotel in a very good location. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property and rooms were large, had nice amenities, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lobby restaurant served all meals and was quite good. While not centrally located near anything of interest, the hotel itself was close to the metro that had several lines available so it was convenient to the Atocha train station,sightseeing and restaurants in the central part of the city.

Large rooms for Europe. Excellent location as 1 minute to Metro. Only drawback is their restaurant only offers a buffet type meal for $22 Euros and other than fast food establishments thee are few other choices in the neighbourhood.

The hotel is in a great location, very easy access to the Metro station Coutro Caminos which has connections to everywhere. Room was very nice, spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice , very comfortable hotel. Staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast was great. Very close to a metro station so it was easy to reach from the airport and it was simple to get to all the major attractions in the city Centre.
