Stay there one night with other three friends. They all have American passport and I only have a Colombian passport. We arrived around 8 pm, Had dinner and then went to bed. At 8 am, someone was knocking the door very hard like they wanted to break it. I ran out from my med naked to the door, and before i reach out, someone opened the door and I was there totally naked. He said sorry and closed the door. I put on a towel and opened again to see what was going on, 4 men were standing there. One of them identified as a police officer and asked me for my documents. I showed my passport and the ones from my friends too, he said it was a routine immigration check, which i found weird since I've been i Spain many times and all Europe, and i know you do the immigration at the airport. They saw the three blue American passports and returned them to me but kept my Colombian passport investigating thru their radios. Then he asked me how Iong I was staying in the country. I asked them what was wrong and he side "nothing", and they gave me my passport back and left. I understand that the police have to receive information about every guest of the hotels. But the fact that they were only after me, and that the hotel gave them key to my room without my authorization, makes this all situation very strange. When we asked the front desk who gave them access to my room. They denied, they pretended like they didn't know and totally called me a liar when I told them they door

Dear Esteban. As we told you on recepction we are not allowed to give the key of any room to the police because it is like your home. The police knock on the door and it appears you didnt close the door correctly.We are sorry about what happened but if the policeman comes to the hotel and wants to speak to you we have to give them your room number.Regards

The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Rooms were excellent, can't believe the price! Tapas from the bar was oh so good. Stay at this place if you are in south west Madrid.

The room was just ok, bed was not very comfortable, TV was a joke, small 30 inches tv, above the desk, too far away from bed. Was better to use phone to watch anything.

Lovely place
The hotel is really cosy and the staff is amazing - so helpful, understanding, and welcoming. The manager is also extremely kind and always ready to assist when needed. The hotel is 25 min by bus from the city center of Madrid and about 25 min by car.

Despite being a relatively new hotel, this place was poorly constructed, noisy and not very clean. Would not stay here again.

The location is not the best. Need a vehicle to get around. Renfe train station is Mostoles - El SOTO. The hotel has its own restaurant but is closed on weekends. For any other restaurants you need a car to go to Móstoles Central. The rest is fast food. There's a bar in the hotel with great service of snacks and sandwiches that is open everyday. Really friendly staff. The room is spacious enough but the shower room is unique and awkward in the middle of the room and see-through. My daughter likes her privacy, she told me she took her shower when no one else was in the room. Shower pressure excellent! Beds very comfortable. If you don't mind your shower in the middle of your room, this is your place to stay. Recommend!

We had some difficulties finding the hotel at first but once we did it was perfect to access other communities. The personnel at reception area were very helpful. The bathroom was not as clean as I expected and one night we could smell cigarette smoke the air conditioner ventilation system.

The Hotel is easy to access from M30 and it has several park free parking places. Staff was not helpful when I request a late checkout for only 3 hours even when the hotel was not full. The mattress was not comfortable at all.

A perfect staying with great prices! Staff was v professional and all time helpful. The showerr is a “great fun”😂. Near to supermarket, railway station ( to the centre approx 10 mins and ticket also cheaper) and mc Donald’s 😬. You won’t be disappointed

There is nothing unique about the property. It a regular hotel. Not many facilities. The hotel was clean and quiet. Overall my stay was fine. However, I was charged for a breakfast I didn't take. I only took a coffee in the bar one day (and not in the breakfast room) and was charged 22 euros for my coffee which a lot. So be careful if you stay there not to be overcharged! I didn't appreciate been treated like a liar as well by the staff. I would not come back because of this.

Conference hotel in Mostoles
This hotel is around one hour away from central Madrid. I won't recommend it to the Madrid tourists. The closest metro station in University Rey Juan Carlos. It's outside Zone-A metro area and needs an extra ticket each way. However, I enjoyed my 4-nights stay while I was there to attend a conference in URJC (20-minutes walk from the campus). I'll consider it again for myself if I am in the area. Breakfast is good if you're on a business trip, and traveling alone. There is a McDonalds and KFC, as well as departmental/super store/mall in 5-10 minutes walking distance. You can buy sim cards from the phone stores in the mall.

There was no kettle and coffee and tea in a 4 star
The Food served in the Hotel was very bad and 12.50 Euros was not worth it and the breakfast was very bad no eggs and for a charge of 12 euros for breakfast per person one would have expected to have a fried egg and the juice was squashed water flavor and the breads were inadequate and overall breakfast was bad for a 4 star Hotel

Great location, nice hotel
The hotel is in a good location, 20 minutes drive for anything in Madrid, which need to be seen. Staff are very kind, polite, speaks good English and the rooms are fine to stay for a short break. I would definitely recommend and we will come back again when are in Madrid. Thank you.

Near Universidad Europea
We chose to stay here as our son was about to start at Universidad Europea in nearby Villaviciosa de Odon. The hotel is near Mostoles Soto station which connects to the Metro and the city. If you want to be closer to the city centre -this hotel may not suit as its a good 40mins from the City centre. However, it is very comfortable. If you need to be near the University -it is quite well placed. There is a bus that you can take from outside the hotel that goes to Villaviciosa de Odon. Or a taxi ride costs about €12. It is mainly a business hotel. It is reasonably priced for the quality. But is may be a bit too far if you want to be based nearer the city centre. It is surrounded by major roads -but you don't get any road noise in the hotel. It is close to a few fast food outlets, a Carrefour and a Lidl! We couldn't find any restaurants within easy walking distance -but the hotel serves good food and reasonably priced. The bar at the hotel was very comfortable and seemed well stocked - although they didn't have any Pedro Ximieinez! But the bar staff were very friendly.
