Disappointing, will not return
Not as described. No down duvet, it’s a sheet and bedcover, a kettle no cups - what’s the point in that. Only one bedside cabinet. Cramped room and bathroom. No minibar. View of a wall. You can hear the person next door snoring, needs soundproofing. Difficult to find, only a tiny sign inset in a doorway. On the 4th floor but it doesn’t tell you that on the doorway so you have to guess when you reach the lift. Dark and dingy in the hallway. Wet towels, when we complained were told it was because it had been raining and they did nothing. No one on reception at 6pm. Overall the worst hotel we have been in booked through hotels.com which has a misleading description on the website.

You get what you paid for.Cheap close to citt
Location not the greatest. Next to a stripclub. Middle of a dirty street. Right in the heart of the city. The building lights have a timer. Basically if you take more then 2 minutes to open the gate and get into the elevator you would be in total darkness. When you are a women alone with your teenage daughters that's pretty scary. The room itself was ok. They don't really change the sheets. They do make your bed. Showers are dirty, the floors get floated when you shower, steeping in a mini pool after your are done. Service, the employees were very nice, respectful and very helpful. I arrived at 2am, due to my flight getting delay. They had my keys waiting for me at another location. Which was very convenient.

En general aceptable pero mucho ruido de la calle y el precio muy elevado supongo que por ser sabado pero ese precio por lo que ofrecen es muy elevado

Quando fiz a reserva, com bastante tempo de antecedência, havia a opção de realizar o pagamento em dinheiro no Hotel . Alguns dias antes da minha chegada a Madrid, o hotel me enviou um email dizendo que se eu não fornecesse para eles o numero do cartão de credito minha reserva seria cancelada. Mesmo pensando se tratar de golpe, Respondi que não passaria o numero de meu cartão, que pagaria em dinheiro e que confirmava minha reserva. No entanto, eles insistiam que enviasse o numero e para minha surpresa, no dia que cheguei no hotel minha reserva tinha sido cancelada, não havia mais quarto disponível. Me causou um transtorno gigante !!!!

不可思議的旅館
入住前未接獲任何訊息，當天入住時間為下午18：00，但無人應門，未接電話，大樓大門及旅館大門均由住戶協助入內，等候2小時仍無人接待，櫃台告示離開片刻，電話號碼仍無人接應，用E-mail反應Hostel. com得到只有制式的回應～完全沒幫忙，幸好有位旅館房客建議，尋找到大樓管理員才結束這場災難。

Esta cerca del metro, lo que te permite desplazarte a otros sitios de madrid comodamente. Lo que no me gustó del hotel es que me tuvieron dos dias en una habitacion que no nos correspondia. No se molestaron en arreglar SU fallo hasta que les demostré la reserva (cosa que ellos pueden verificar telefonicamente o informaticamente) y no me tienen que exigir la demostracion para ello. Despues de haberles enseñado la reserva, al dia siguiente me pusieron en la habitacion reservada. No hay atencion 24h. Se oia mucho a la gente entrar y salir incluso hablar entre habitacion y habitacion. En fin, si no es por negocios, yo no vuelvo a quedarme 7 dias.
