"Incredibly wonderful place, quiet, great breakfast loaded with all the things, pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, assorted pastries, juice, coffee you name it. Room is always clean ands comfortable beds. 4 yrs going to Madras for baseball tournament and have stayed every year at this hotel or their sister hotel next door, always fabulous and is we have to come to madras this is where we’ll stay."

"They were amazing and very accommodating. They made sure we had shuttle service to and from the hotel even though we forgot to reserve it in advance. They also made us to go bags for breakfast even though we were leaving prior to breakfast time. Jae was awesome! "

"After a long hike at Smith rock, we were looking forward to the hot tub. Because our luck is great, the hot tub was out of service. There was really old food on top of the refrigerator. When we pulled out the couch bed, there were crumbs in the mattress. We went to the lobby for bedding for the pullout bed, but the fitted sheet was a twin instead of a full.The whole family was exhausted and fell asleep early. I was awake, listening to the lobby music all night as I could hear it from our room. I could also hear the elevator door screech open and closed. This was also the first hotel that we have stayed at that did not have an allergen menu for their breakfast. "

"Wish the sauna worked properly . It didn’t work the entire time we were there which was a bummer , but otherwise was a wonderful time, beautiful property !"

"Awful room the sheets were dirty. And when we asked for new sheets they tried to make me change them. We ended up leaving that night becauss how ghetto it was and they charged my card 100 dollars trying to say that i broke there tv a nightstand 2 remotes and a light and the panel. I wasnt even in there they are just scamers"
