Pro: Staff were very polite and helpful especially the breakfast staff. I usually stay away from hotel breakfast but she actually seasoned the eggs and the potatoes were cooked very well. Parking was good and the beds were comfortable. Con: The rooms could be cleaner. The showers need to have the caulk changed as it had mold on it. They need a good deep cleaning.

Staff was great, food was exceptable, room was good. Complaints: 1. pool was COLD and so was the pool room. This was one of the main reasons we stayed there. 2.The other was suprise pet fee. Nowhere on your website or theirs mention there was a fee. They mention accepted pet but nothing about a fee. That's a deal breaker and if I could have I would have went elsewhere.

We have stayed in Madisonville a few times for basketball tournaments. I have never stayed here. My husband is picky about breakfast and loved it here. Everything was clean. The staff was so friendly. The only issue we had was that the fire alarm went off both mornings of our 2 night stay. Not sure why. But I will forsure stay here again. Thank yall for being awesome!

Birthday celebration

We stayed here while in town to celebrate my father’s 87th birthday. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was delicious but did not include fruit. We were disappointed that the pool was not heated and that the bed was uncomfortable.

Just an ok hotel

The hotel was just ok and in the older side. We killed a centipede in our bathroom so there’s that. The key system was down so we couldn’t get back into our room without having a front desk person doing it for us. I will say the breakfast was exceptional! Not bad for just a 1 night stay.

TL; DR: great hotel, extra crappy Taco Bell. Everyone on staff that we interacted with were absolute sweethearts and so welcoming. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I was a little bend disappointed by the shower heads but they were standard shower heads. I wasn’t a big fan of the shower curtain either but those are my only complaints with the exception of the Taco Bell right down the street. I mean, I know that I was getting a late night Taco Bell, and I didn’t have expectations for them at all, but this particular Taco Bell, went above and beyond to exceed my least expectations. Avoid the Taco Bell nearby at all costs! In my opinion it was possibly the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had in my 46 years on this planet. The hotel, for the location, was great for the area and I would stay there again.
