"Charged me for the entire stay, didn’t allow me to stay because my ID had expired. I’ma traveling project manager and hadn’t even noticed my license expired a few days before. They took my money, refused to refund it and had a terrible attitude about it. I wouldn’t recommend as they make you send copies of your credit card and ID and then make you use an outside source to verify ID that’s when they refused to let me stay because of an expired license. No refund is all they would consistently...

Top Madison Hotel Reviews

Holiday Inn Newark International Airport by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Pleasant staff and clean"

World of Blue

10/10 Excellent

"The check in staff are so friendly and helpful. We appreciated this shuttle to and from Met Life stadium. Staff that arranged the shuttle process are friendly and efficient as well. The manager was at the front desk during check-in and he was very friendly and accommodating. There’s just one thing I did notice dried hair on the back of the bathroom door as well as (hair) in the bathtub. But otherwise I would stay here again. It is a very beautiful property."

Harmony Suites

8/10 Good

"The breakfast was truly great and the staff very friendly. The room was clean a comfortable. The reason I did not give a 5 star is that there was a strong smell associated with pest insecticide that was nearly overpowering in the lobby and in certain areas of Harmony Suites. You could smell it throughout the hotel. Hopefully, that is temporary."

Hampton Inn & Suites Newark-Harrison-Riverwalk

8/10 Good

"Great location, staff was helpful and friendly and rooms were clean. Only one point of irritation..parking! Although we understand charging for parking in the right locations, my serious problem is when you pay for parking and there is NO AVAILABLE PARKING. We returned after a concert and were unable to find a spot to park in yet still charged. Not good"
