It`s off the beaten path enough to feel remote, but perfectly convenient (5 min) to groceries & pharmacy, downtown Lynchburg`s dining, shopping, & breweries. Madison Heights is located on the other side of the James River from downtown Lynchburg.

- You must be over 25 to rent this home.
- This is a pet friendly property with a limit of one pet under 50 lbs and a $100 pet fee.
- We provide a pack-n-play, high chair, baby monitor, and sound machines for families.
- Parking for up to six vehicles is available, and larger vehicles or boats are welcome.

Perfect Family Get Away

Charming home with ample room for family gathering for graduation. Location is quiet & convenient to Lynchburg. Hosts have added numerous thoughtful amenities to provide for ease of stay & entertainment for all. This property a stand out!

Great place to stay

Close to Lynchburg ans surrounding towns. Easy to find and get to. Clean and comfortable place to stay. Kids had a blast in the basement entertainment room.

Amazing time, perfect house tucked away!

We had such a great stay here! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had so much room for our family to spread out. The basement was hands-down the kids’ favorite spot—they spent hours playing games, watching TV, and just hanging out together. It gave the adults some much-needed quiet time upstairs!The open space outside was perfect for running around, playing lawn games, and enjoying the fresh air. We loved sitting out by the firepit in the evenings. The location was super convenient to downtown Lynchburg, but it still felt peaceful and private.We’d definitely stay here again—such a wonderful home for families!

Wonderful home, convenient to downtown Lynchburg

Very clean, well appointed home for a 2 week stay for work with my family. Plenty of space for 4 kids 10 and under to spread out. Ethan was very helpful with some Wi-Fi connectivity issues that were quickly and easily resolved. Would stay here again without a doubt!
