We had a quick check in. The room was nice and clean. We didn’t need to use the restaurant as everything was close by. The masjid e nabawi was a walking distance of around 4-5 minutes which helped a lot.

This hotel is exactly opposite to gate 309, very close to masjid al Ghamama, all good eateries and restaurants are nearby, completely walkable and very accessible. Property is clean, well maintained walkways, lifts, breakfast buffet is 40 SR per person, and staff is friendly. P2 parking lot for Car Park, is also exactly opposite underground with gate 309, Overall worth a visit if you’re staying here at sebal al maasi aka sebal diamond hotel

Clean room, nice bellboy, receptionist helpful, but due to peak season, it is a little bit busy. My friend asked for a towel a couple of times (more than 3 times) until she got it. Good for a umroh trip, super close to gate 309 or 310, close to a food court and grocery store.

I had a wonderful stay at Sebal Almasi Hotel. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. One of the best things about this hotel is its amazing location — it is only about a 5-minute walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (the Prophet’s Mosque), which made it very convenient for prayers and visits to the Haram. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return again. Highly recommended!

Although breakfast was included in the booking we were not offered anything. We had to find a housekeeper to come change the trash. The soap was never changed. The location is great for the prayer and restaurants and multiple shopping centers.

The hotel itself is good, but unfortunately, our experience with the night staff at the front desk was very disappointing. When we first arrived, they told us they could not find our reservation, but they did not make much of an effort to help us or resolve the issue. We were left feeling frustrated and unsure of what to do. Thankfully, the morning front-desk staff were much more helpful. They took the time to look into the issue, found our reservation, and assisted us properly. I truly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help. The hotel is nice, but I hope management addresses the customer service issue with the night staff because guests should feel welcomed and supported, especially when they have just arrived.

we booked our stay with paid breakfast charges and hotel management team is telling us breakfast is not available and when we send the message to Expedia for support in this matter there is also nor response. there is no body agree to refund our breakfast charges. In this condition can you make good TRUST on EXPEDIA.
