"Madesimo Ski Suite": Apartment Just Steps from the Slopes!

Renovated studio in autumn 2025, elegant and welcoming, located on the 3rd floor with two elevators. The perfect retreat for those seeking comfort, style, and convenience in every season.



The spacious entrance is designed for mountain lovers, offering wardrobes and dedicated storage for skis, snowboards, and boots, so everything stays organized and dry after a day on the slopes.



The living area is modern and functional: the 160x200 cm double sofa bed with memory foam mattress opens easily. There’s also a foldaway single bed (85x200 cm, memory foam), ideal for an extra guest. Relax in front of the 50" LG Smart TV with Wi-Fi.



The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. The white and wood finishes create a warm, contemporary atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after skiing or hiking, even with dinner at home.



The refined bathroom features a spacious cement-effect shower, black fittings, and designer fixtures. Washer/dryer available.



Extra comfort: integrated USB outlets, dimmable LED lighting to set the mood, electric shutters and curtains for total relaxation.



Prime location: 150 m from the slopes, ticket office, and "Larici" cable car; steps from the ice skating rink; 100 m from mini-market, pharmacy, and post office. Opposite Bar Carducci, at the start of the pedestrian area. Parking nearby.



In summer, opposite the tennis court and close to padel and five-a-side football.
