"Petit hotel trés agréable à Nosy Be. Les bungalows sont trés jolis et agréables. Point fort, la piscine, qui est grande et belle, extrêmement agréable aprés une journée de balade dans Nosy Be. La plage n'est pas trés belle (les belles plages sont plutôt sur les autres îles autour de Nosy Be), mais c'est quand même un vrai plus d'avoir un accès direct à la mer et le coucher de soleil sur la mer est magnifique ! Les pats proposés sont plutôt bons et les suggestions de l'ardoise permettent de...

Realistically the things we found negative are not the owners fault, but I thought I should note them. 5 minute walk to a lively area with bars and discos, and the beach."

"I had the unfortunate situation when my Land Cruiser broke down in the challenging roads in Madagascar. I called Expedia but they were not much help. Expedia told the only way they could cancel was for them to contact the hotel. Knowing the challenges with calls in Madagascar, I told Expedia I would call myself as I am here in the country. Sandra answered right away and after I explained my situation told me she would consult with Oliver, the property manager the next day as it was almost 10 pm....

"What an incredible find in Madagascar. While the property is older, it has the most incredible setting. Booking a superior room is absolutely worth it for the mountain-front views and electricity at all hours. The room itself is massive - the photos online do not do it justice. The bed has a clever mosquito net surrounding the whole "bed room" so you can still move within the net and use the nightstands. The room also has A/C which was fantastic. Didn't even sleep with the curtains closed in...

"Famata lodge was a great stay for a couple of nights. If you are doing the RN7 and want to stay close to the airport, this place may be for you. They upgraded us from the Hemingway to the Eau-La-La which worked great for our family. Lots of sitting space. The pool is nice and relaxing. For dinner, they made vegetarian options for me that were interesting and enjoyable to eat. "
