"I was not able to make the booking. I called the next day because they had already charged my credit card even though I did not stay there. They told me too bad. So sad. They would not give me a refund. I was not happy."

"Staff were so friendly. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Pool was nice and relaxing. Room overlooked the gondola. Location was walkable to our favorite restaurant, gondola and hiking/biking paths and the ski resort. Loved staying here and will be staying again in the future."
