"What a fantastic property and surrounding area! Heaps of space for many people to spread out, great aspect and deck with spa to watch the sunset too. "

"I found the place based on the map provided on Stayz, the owner never gave the address so it was a little hard to find. The queen bed in the second bedroom is broken and unsafe to sleep on so we had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. No dishwashing soap provided at all yet check out instructions requested for all dishes to be washed. The location to mountain entrance is excellent and it was nice to see the kangaroos in the morning."

"Although the property seems smaller than anticipated, it was still comfortable. It can do well with larger indoor spaces as the rain over the last couple of days confined us so. The TV reception dropped off a few times and there aren’t enough toilet papers resulting in us having to buy some in town."

"The House is well kept and has everything you need. The view is absolutely stunning. Great for families. The visits from the wildlife were a pleasure and the kids absolutely loved it. Would definitely come back."

"We had a lovely stay at Hanna’s (“Cooinda”)place. The home is set up beautifully for a getaway. The games room, the furniture and the lovely linen are just the obvious things. The bird seed (and wild friendly birds) and lots of open space with great views and excellent location all add to make it a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday. The kids had a great time with lots of outdoor space to play. We were all very comfortable during both hot and cool weather and we all had a really enjoyable stay."

"A very warm and welcoming house. The sound of the rippling waters was wonderful to sit and listen and watch. Also being able to walk and catch a trout! The house was clean and well presented, everything you want for a comfortable stay and we were very cosy. The bed was very comfortable with quality linen. Our two labs loved the river and the property as well and we hope to come back again."

"The house is great for large groups - we were a group of two extended families and the property was perfect for the kids to run around. The house itself could have been cleaner and we were disappointed by the small number of utensils provided - there should be at least enough forks and knives for the number of guests staying (I think we had 12 forks total for our group of 14 and there are a total of about 17 beds). Also the pots and pans were all almost unusable - the non stick coating was grimy...

"Property has alot of great features but does need some maintenance to make it fantastic. Located perfect for a trip to buller. Drying cupboard is a small room with a heater which i find dangerous. Generous sized rooms and living."

"Property fit our large group with ease, great location, everything you need is in the home, large back deck and yard, plentry of parking on the property - we have stayed at this home many times and will continue to return. Owner Mark is great with communication and very prompt with replies. Love this property for our group stays for the annual Merrijig Rodeo."

"Our family weekend away was so nice at Loyola Lakehouse. The property and grounds were looked after very well. The property is well appointed, luxury and space! The process was easy from start to finish and only being a short drive into town made it easy to get supplies and enjoy some of Mansfield town. Would happily go back in a heartbeat!"

"Had a wonderful weekend in a cozy clean spot with good company. All the rooms are heated, plus a fireplace in the living area. The small kitchen forced me to get closer to my wife :-)"

"Stayed over the Anzac Day weekend with extended family including older (70s) and kids (8-12 year olds). All able to find something fun to do. Dad caught a carp. We collected wood for an outside fire and toasted marshmallows. Also hired kayaks from the Jameison Caravan Park with pick up at the Jameison Brewery. House was well equipped for cooking and the gorgeous kitchen bench was where we ended up eating most for meals. Would have used the outside dining table if it was warmer! The wood fire...

"No hot water in a ski resort?!? 4 forks for 12 people, oven barely working, dishwasher poorly installed and dangerous. Hardly any bowls or glasses and no cups. Cupboard doors off hinges. Great location and comfy beds but that’s it."
