"We had a rotten moldy avocado in the bottom dresser drawer. I killed 2 roaches walking on the floor by the mini fridge. We had a room for 4, but only two towels and a half roll of toilet paper. Looking back I’m not so sure our room was ever cleaned between customers. After sleeping in the beds it kind of smelled sour or something. It was a terrible experience. That’s why they don’t offer refunds! The lady at the front desk was nice that’s the only positive."

"The property was clean and well maintained. The room was designed nicely. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The staff was friendly. We were disappointed in the selection of breakfast food. It was terrible."

"Very clean and the staff was super friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was it wasn’t a hotel but a motel. As a single lady who travels a lot, it gets pretty scary when you have an outside door."

"The building is just magnificent with a really historical vibe. Beautiful in every way really. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However there were a couple of things......our room had no facility for making tea or coffee or hot water. Didn't think to check on booking as I assumed this was kind of standard. Also the glasses in our bathroom were not clean. The breakfast was very strange. I ordered orange juice and tea but you can only choose one of those. My croissant (miniature) came on a plate with a paper doily and was warm, which was nice, but the butter had also been microwaved which meant it was liquid. The same applied to my daughters cooked breakfast. So if we ever went again, I would eat out."

"Room was clean and good. Breakfast was disappointing. Hot water was empty for tea, had to get someone to fill it; water had sign that said lemon infused water but not a hint of lemon in it; sausage links were heated in water rendering them somewhat tasteless; some of the empty tables were not cleaned."
