The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please place used linens and towels in laundry room. Keep the quilts on the beds. If able, please start a load prior to departure. Start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes before departure.

Make sure dock items are stored away and tied down in case of strong winds. Check that umbrellas are closed. Close and lock all windows and doors. Make sure all lights and fans are off.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking! No fireworks! No over drinking leading to vomiting! Extra fees apply found in the contract if a rule is broken.

We don’t have trash service. Take trash to the dump (1837 Wise Five Forks Rd). Hours: M/T/Th/Sat 7:30am-6:30pm, Sun 2:30pm-6:30pm, W/F closed.

Notify us ASAP if something is broken or lost so we can fix the problem before the next renter. Don’t wait until check-out.
