Depot in is a great place the stay. The staff is great and the while experience is friendly and homey. I wish they had a hot tub, but other than that its pretty awesome.

What a cute hotel! If you’ve got a train-obsessed kid (or yourself, if trains are a thing you love), you absolutely should not pass up this place! Room was cozy and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was the standard hard boiled eggs, toast, yogurt, and a waffle station, so nothing super fancy but absolutely adequate for a free breakfast option.

This property was one of the cleanest properties that I’ve stayed in. Bed was nice and comfy and staff was pleasant. Will be staying here every time I visit my son in college in Kirksville.

Amtrak stop in a tiny town. Larger town nearby for dining options. This is a motel, train musuem, and more. Surrounded by vinyard and cornfields. Great getaway.

Wonderful place for anyone with an interest in trains. Photos and memorabilia made the lobby and hallways like a museum. Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was a point up on typical motel fare.

From check in to check out the stay was great. We stayed in the western suite and we had a great time. The hotel.stafg was very friendly the town and history was fantastic. We enjoyes the stay so.much we bought the robes
