"Such a lovely place. Pool, jacuzzi, grounds to walk the dog, beautiful garden, delicious dinner and extensive wine list. I WILL be returning!"

"Nice, straightforward hotel on river front. Free parking on opposite side of the road. Arrive after 3:30pm for check in. Restaurants about 5 mins walk. Nice cosy room with river view, and simple breakfast, with boiled eggs made to order. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Great value. Recommended. Note, Womens Tour de France leaving from Macon 5 August 2026."

"As I've often found, with French ladies-of-a-certain-age, they appear not to care about whether you feel welcome or not. I don't know if this is just me, because of my British accent, or to tourists in general. The room was very good. It was a blessing to get a night-cap at the bar after returning at night. But here's my REAL BEEF! This is an AC hotel. Wonderfully cool (though not as cool as in the US, I respect that, as energy costs are so high in Europe) when we arrived in our room. Still cool when we went to bed. Half way through the night I awoke to sheets sodden with my sweat because the AC had gone off at some unspecified time. Monsiuer ou Madame Logis Hotels, Either your hotel is air conditioned or its not. Don't cheapskate us!"

"Friendly staff, good safe parking, close to city and restaurants - cheap fuel nearby. Restaurant offered a fair selection but we arrived too late to eat. Air conditioned rooms really good in the heatwave."
