"This property could surely use some tender loving care inside and out. Although our room had been updated much more and better done would be more pleasing to the eye. The property, was a good value. We were not expecting the Taj Mahal. The bed was rather on the hard side, but when you're tired you sleep."

"We had a wonderful stay at the cabin at Moss Rock Ranch near Weinberg-King State Park! Our friends were camping nearby, and we needed a little extra space, so this cabin was the perfect addition to our weekend. The cabin is in such a quiet, cozy location and is close to the park. Inside, it’s beautiful, rustic, and welcoming, with everything you need for a comfortable getaway. The outdoor space was just as wonderful, with everything you need to relax and enjoy the evening. It’s also conveniently located not far from town, with a Dollar General and other necessities nearby. Private Peaceful Country Getaway - Family Friendly - Illinois
10/10 Excellent
"This was a well cared-for house that was perfect for our family get-together. The large kitchen, toys, playground, and many bedrooms made it very comfortable for everyone. Highly recommend!"
Beautiful, timber frame, lake house with an amazing view!
10/10 Excellent
"We had a FANTASTIC 4-night stay with friends at this lovely, cabin-cozy lake house. Very large, bright, and tons of room for everyone. The kitchen had ample counter space and a big ol pantry for dry food storage, a Traeger and Blackstone outside to cook on, ice maker, multiple refrigerators, dishwasher, utensils, and cooking equipment. The only thing I couldn't find was a can opener which was fine because I didn't actually want those tomatoes anyway. The dining table seats one thousand people so you can invite the whole town of Avon over for supper and still have room to spare. All three showers had the essentials, and towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, all the things we needed during our stay and for clean-up were available. The house was super clean upon arrival; no weird smells or creepy mystery stains were uncovered. So many choices for hang out spots, we moved around throughout our stay to take advantage of the different areas. You can park a boatload of cars in the driveway and a carload of boats at the dock, but we didn't have a lake member with us... or a boat... so we took full advantage of the lake with our floaty tubes every day. Doug was super-duper responsive and helpful with any questions leading up to our stay. Overall, big fan and would 11/10 return to this property."
Charming 2-bedroom apartment with a full furnished kitchen in Ipava
10/10 Excellent
"The apartment has rustic cabin vibes and was perfect for our one night stay. Our son was running the Relay for America, and his segment start was only .3 miles away. PERFECT! The place was very clean (but did have a “closed up” smell which could be remedied by opening windows for a period of time), and the host was very responsive to any messages sent. Thank you for a great stay!"
