The grandkids enjoyed the beachfront and the sandy beach. They were able to walk out into the water with no rocks and shallow water.

The hotel staff was kind. The hotel it self was ok, but dated, however the pool area could use some improvements. The pool and hot tub worked fine, however the building houseing it could use some overall improvements. We did however have an overall good experience when we were there.

Clean room. Trash all over the ground, seagulls everywhere, pool didn't look good, housekeeping never came to our room, breakfast was decent. Easy walking distance to Arnold's Transport ferry. I wouldn't stay here again, but it was ok.

Very good location. Our room was very old and run down from the walls to the floors to the furniture. Very unpleasant smell when we walked in. For the price we paid it was a big disappointment.

Hotel rooms are dated. Had a room with the beachfront view. That was nice. Room unfortunately had a musty odor that lingered and stuck to our clothing and bags. Parking was very tight as well. Thankfully it was only for one night.
