The rooms were comfortable and pretty clean. My toddler loved the waterpark, but a huge part of the park was closed which they don't advertise (and looked like it had been for awhile). The rates are great and the beach is really great for swimming. One thing I was disappointed by was that they don't tidy the rooms during the stay unless you specifically request it.

The hotel is nice and fairly quiet. Staff was very friendly. It was unfortunate there was road work directly in front of the hotel and only 1 drive open. The road crew was rude and blocked us in for almost an entire day.

2nd year visiting this hotel. Eater park is NOT up to par. One pool was almost empty, not all slides in operation. Only lazy river and small childrens area was operational. Same as last year.

As many reviews state, this property is in need of a lot of repair. But if you're looking for an inexpensive stay in town where the bonuses will surprise you, this is a great choice. Much is broken in the water park, game room, etc., but the beach is gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and my family really enjoyed themselves.

We booked this hotel for the water park to entertain my four year old. Water park was very dated and in need of repairs. One third of the park was closed completely. While I would say it was adequate for the time we spent there, pictures were misleading.

it needs some updating badly and didnt even see one cleaning lady there used to be breakfast and was nothing it was shut down as well as it is a water park and slides were closed down only a dingy dirty looking lazy river

Great staff joyful and very helpful. Waterpark was not what we expected. Water slide for my teen have NOT been working since 2019 and the hot tub was not working and full of bugs. The heated pool was good the smaller kids play are was good. It's in a great location had front row seats to the fireworks. The fire pits are a great time for the family. The balcony seemed like it has not been cleaned in some time. Most likely will not be returning to this property
