The staff was very friendly! We enjoyed the spa pool and the complimentary home-made donuts and coffee in the morning were a nice touch! The location is right on Main Street, so very convenient.

The porter service to come get your luggage and bring it back to the ferry was awesome. The location of the hotel is great and the amenities were great. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Definitely would stay again.

Metal piece sticking out from bed caused guest to cut foot. No tv, strong deodorizing spray used, dirty, small, was described as a cabin but was an old hotel room

There was no coffee maker or ironing board in the room. The coffee in the lobby was terrible. There was no fresh water to fill bottles in the lobby. The tv was too low on a low dresser, hard to see from the bed. The bathroom was amazing, clean, and spacious.
