"Couldn't order diner because the kitchen closed early, and the male staff member was very rude and unprofessional about it. He then closed the bar early, even while there was a line of people still checking in, and waiting to order. Then to top off the rude and unprofessional staff member, the bed felt like it had been acquired from an op shop 20 years ago and dressed with linen that stunk. Very disappointed"
"Tired hotel that they are half heartedly renovating. Housekeeping were very disinterested in servicing our room. The furniture and fittings are worn. Breakfast was inedible - we made a complaint about the charcoal toast and they didn’t care. Only saved by its very convenient location."

"Well stocked spacious apartment with great view of the river. Conveniently positioned close to shopping centre. Modern appliances and well maintained. Minor issues were, strictly only one room access card allowed, which can be inconvenient with two people, and no shelves in the cupboard. Otherwise recommended."
