This delightful 30 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city.

It is designed with an open-plan living room, kitchen and sleeping areas, and a private bathroom. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, a cooking plate, a coffee maker and a microwave.

The sleeping area is modernly decorated and includes a comfortable double bed. There is also a sofa bed that can only be appropriately used by children—you need to request the linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Discover Miradouro do Pico do Facho, a breathtaking overlook in the area's heights. Stroll around Quinta do Santo (Santo António da Serra), where you can wander through a hidden paradise of lush vegetation. Enjoy the tranquillity of Parque Ribeira Primeira, an enchanting spot with wonderful views of the region.

Follow the path of Levada dos Maroços and Levada do Caniçal for a breathtaking journey along the river. Embark on a captivating journey through Levada da Serra do Faial, where you can witness the beauty of the landscape. Explore Vereda do Larano and Solar do Ribeirinho, two amazing spots filled with local charm.

The property is easily accessible by car.

There is a bus stop on the other side of the street that leads to Faial and Porto da Cruz.

Madeira Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
