"This was our 5th stay at Bear Beach. We usually like to move around and try new places, but there simply is no place like it. It is a beautiful tradition we vow to repeat each year from our beach chairs. Maine at its wildest and most serene, with absolute privacy, epic days and glorious sunsets. We love to swim at high tide, dig for clams and clay at low tide and then rinse in the warm outdoor shower and relax in the sauna. Thank you Sue for sharing this with us!"

"Our grown children who live in neighboring states met us in Maine for a long weekend together. The house has lots of vintage charm and a welcoming soul. The kitchen, dining and living rooms were the perfect size for our group. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Everyone but me slept well (I'm a VERY high maintenance sleeper and should have brought my own pillows) The property is beautiful and secluded. The ocean is very close but not noisy this area is more of an estuary than beachfront. It was a wonderful trip. I wish we had been able to stay several more days!"

"Our family was looking to unwind after a stressful year, if you are looking for peace this is the place! Seasalt cottage had everything you could ask for beautiful clean house. Caring Hosts! Any questions or if you needed anything Christina had the answers. Beds were comfortable, rooms a good size. Big kitchen and plenty of cooking was done on the beautiful stove. Views amazing, lots of deer around. "
