To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 04 days before their expected arrival.  Daily transfer service is offered between 06:00 AM and 15:45 PM. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale. Luggage in excess of 20 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at check-out.
Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 30 Minutes via a flight. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 4 days before their expected arrival. Daily transfer service is offered by Maldivian Airways/FlyMe before 10:30 PM. Guests arriving outside of these hours are advised to book a hotel room in Male or Hulhumale until services resume. Guests must pay the domestic flight fee and the speedboat fee at check-out.

Me and my wife came here for our honeymoon and it was just amazing. They helped us our wholes stay with anything we needed and it was just an overall beautiful experience. From the morning breakfast in the pool, to our romantic dinner on the beach. Also attention to detail, perfect.

My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon at Centara Grand in the Maldives this past week. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrive by seaplane to the island. We were welcomed by the entire staff, all with smiles on their faces. Within no time we were escorted to our room. We stayed in the Deluxe Over Water Villa and had the Ultimate All Inclusive Package. After settling in, I began to question our stay at Centara Grand because I did not fully understand their “Ultimate All Inclusive Package”, I assumed we would be able to eat and drink whatever we wanted, where ever we wanted. You get served 3 meals a day, and the rest is a la carte. Certain alcoholic beverages were not included in this package either. As I was unhappy, I contacted their customer service. This is when my new friend, Alok (executive housekeeper) came in and took over. We met at the lobby and went over everything that was included in our package. He took care of all of our reservations and appointments. From this point on, our honeymoon became exactly what we dreamed it would be. Alok is one of the friendliest and most accommodating people I have ever met in my life. He could work at any of the high end resorts in the Maldives. The food at all the restaurants was excellent. The couples massage was one of the best massages we have ever had. The only thing I wish we did sooner was upgrade to the Sunset Pool Villa. We want to thank the staff at Centara Grand for making our honeymoon so special!
