No primeiro dia achei alguns forros sujos, mas que foram trocados no dia seguinte, o ar-condicionado estava só ventilando, coloquei no máximo para esfriar e saia só uma brisa. Fui reclamar e a equipe foi pouco prestativa disseram que estava gelando e que se fosse mudar de quarto seria tudo igual. Fui com uma colega que ficou em outro apartamento e o dela estava gelando bem. Infelizmente, achei que fizeram pouco caso. O café da manhã é fraco comparado a outros hotéis que já me hospedei. A localização é boa.

Esta foi minha segunda hospedagem no hotel. Na primeira vez, a experiência foi excelente, tudo ocorreu perfeitamente. No entanto, nesta estadia de 9 dias, alguns pontos impactaram negativamente. A TV do quarto era muito pequena, antiga e não era smart. Além disso, apresentava travamentos constantes mesmo ao assistir aos canais normais do hotel — não era ao navegar no menu ou usar funções específicas, mas durante a exibição comum, o que compromete bastante o conforto. A limpeza deixou a desejar. Os banheiros aparentavam apenas uma higienização superficial e, no quarto, havia acúmulo de pó e cabelos embaixo das camas, indicando limpeza focada apenas nas áreas visíveis. Quanto ao atendimento, a maioria dos funcionários foi bastante solícita e prestativa, o que é um ponto positivo. No entanto, tive duas experiências negativas: em uma delas, um funcionário se recusou a fornecer talheres, alegando que a cozinha estava fechada para dedetização, mas a forma como lidou com a situação foi pouco empática, com postura de que o problema não era dele. Em outro momento, um funcionário da cozinha forneceu talheres de plástico por a comida não ter sido comprada no hotel. Outro ponto de atenção é o horário da cozinha, que fecha muito cedo (às 21h). Para quem passa o dia em passeios e retorna mais tarde, isso pode ser um problema — especialmente considerando que, dependendo do atendimento, pode haver dificuldade até para conseguir talheres. Alguns ajustes importantes são necessários.

O quarto estava impecável. Não havia vaga no estacionamento quando chegamos por volta das 20h00 no dia 01/01/2026. Não houve menção de procurar um lugar para estacionar, pagando uma tarifa cheia e cara quando comparada com outros hoteis na região e disponibilidade de vaga no estacionamento. Café da manhã excelente.

O quarto estava limpo todos os dias, a equipe de funcionarios foi educada e prestativa.O café da manhã poderia melhorar. Como o hotel já tem alguns anos precisa de uma repaginada no quartos. As tolhas que eram trocadas todos os dias estão muito velhas. Quando fizemos a reserva não foi informado que o aconteceria uma obra de limpeza que limitou o uso da piscina.
