O cafe da manhã do Laguna Praia Hotel e lastimável. Não condiz nenhum pouco com as imagens existentes no anúncio/perfil do hotel. 8h da manhã e ja nao tem praticamente mais nada disponível e o pouco que tem, existe uma dificuldade enorme em repor. Café GELADO, leite GELADO, itens que deveria ser quentes estão verdadeiramente FRIOS (CUSCUZ, OVOS e etc).

Infelizmente a estrutura dos quartos deixa muito a desejar, não é nem questão de simplicidade de acabamento, mas sim falta de manutenção mesmo. Luzes sem funcionar, teto quebrado, armários quebrados, banheiro em péssimo estado. A área comum é boa, mas a piscina não é bem tratada, o café é honesto porém de procedência duvidosa (em minha estadia tinha pães com muitas formigas na mesa, muitas moscas nas frutas expostas sem proteção, café frio) e para finalizar, as funcionárias da cozinha discutem entre elas na frente dos hóspedes.

Gostei demais de ficar hospedado no Laguna, a acomodação é excelente, café da manhã sensacional, área de lazer espetacular, estacionamento privativo, fechado e seguro, localização do hotel excelente, a atenção dos funcionários sensacional. Com certeza me hospedarei outras vezes.

Hotel, bacana, mais com alguns pontos que precisa de umas melhoras, como na acomodação, tomadas soltas ,terrível pra quem vai com criança, tv com a tela com uma parte queimada , e o Wi-Fi também é péssimo, queda de conexão constante em qualquer área do hotel, mais com algumas coisas bem bacanas, café da manhã muito bom, comida boa, a área em volta da piscina bem bacana, bonita, o lounge, também bem aconchegante, tudo arrumadinho, o estacionamento apesar de aberto, é legal, só por ser fechado já é top, passa uma segurança boa, bem próximo a praia, no geral, bem legal o hotel.

Me colocaram num quarto q o acesso era por escada e o ar não funcionou tinha barata e tive q sair e dividir o quarto com minha amiga pq disseram q não tinha outro Não gostei .. o café bem fraquinho tbm fazem uma garrafa grande demais e fica gelado… o suco estava quente e eles não tem gelo
