Barata no quarto e banheiro sem box

Pior hotel Ibis que já fiquei. Não tem box no banheiro, após o banho o banheiro fica todo molhado, sem condições de uso. Barata no quarto. Péssimo hotel, sem estacionamento, completamente fora do padrão da rede IBIS.

HOTEL COM BOM CUSTO BENEFÍCIO

Hotel com localização excelente na orla de Pajuçara com vários restaurantes e outras atrações bem próximas. Quartos espaçosos com mobília mínima e bem simples. Limpeza boa. Elevadores antigos. Trabalham com late check out, mediante disponibilidade. Os preços são bastante acessíveis. Equipe de recepção nota 10. O hotel estava em reforma e logo cedo pela manhã começava a barulheira. Fica ao lado de um restaurante com musica ao vivo e, a noite, o som incomoda bastante.

Terrível, apartamento localizado no sexto andar, sendo que o quinto andar em reforma, segundo me foi informado após reclamação sobre o barulho insuportável. Sem descanso algum, sequer possível atender o telefone, não sendo possível ouvir a ligação.

Hotel em péssimo estado

Instalações velhas e em mau estado de conservação. O quarto não parecia limpo. Os móveis de madeira todos infiltrados e estufados, sem contar o cheiro de mofo. O colchão da cama estava afundado, literalmente com uma vala no meio.

Conheço a rede IBIS de muitos anos, muitas hospedagens já realizadas na rede, porém nesta que tive em Maceió , quarto muito ruim , ar condicionado com muito barulho , onde minha esposa foi pedir na recepção, a mudança por um outro apto , fomos prontamente atendidos , onde o novo apto , estava totalmente reformado , muito diferente do apto que não foi disponibilizado inicialmente . Somente queria deixar registrado .
