"Came specifically for the pool/hot tub, was disappointed to learn the indoor hot tub was closed, 3 days BEFORE the sign indicated it would be closed for maintenance. Outside river not working even though it was the end of May. Waterfalls also not working. Beds were comfy and we weren’t bothered by the noise of other guests. No microwave in the room which sucked. Disappointed that it is advertised as no pets, but we saw multiple dogs on site. Live band both nights was awesome, although the bartender had no personality."

"Arrival was great, pool was warm, sauna was hot, rooms seemed a little on the small side. Hotel was very clean and quiet, staff always friendly. Only complaint is parking at night, there seemed to be many things going on which limited parking for everyone "

"Staff is not transparent with hidden charges that they make on your card. No receipts will be given to these charges. Room door is basically made of paper you hear everything in the hall. Shower is not clean. Never staying here again. Also, parking is not included in your stay you have to pay for it only found out because they charged my card without telling me."
