Very bad experience for staying this hotel. Even it’s non smoking floor, it’s smoking smell everywhere. Bad smoking smell in the room and also the blanket and pillows. My kids kept complaining and do not want to stay there.

Mediocre at best
Before I get into the downers, some good aspects include the friendly staff and its close proximity to the old town landmarks. Now the downers, to get to residential level you’ll have to switch elevators which is kinda inconvenient; the room while basically clean, has weird smells of smoke and mold; the casino is not appealing, especially when compared to nearby Grand Libosa or the Venetian casino. Overall, I only stayed one night despite having booked two, and switched to Venetian Macau right away.

Shocking and disappointing stay this time !
Hotel service has deteriorated. The carpets need vacuuming, extra attention and time in cleaning the room, and no turn-down room service. The newspapers have changed too. I could not get hold of the South China Morning Post as China Daily is the only papers available. Being a regular guest, I was appalled by the unfavorable and slow service as most staff have resigned. I had to ring for newspapers and fruit as records of regular guests was overlooked. Very disappointed in this trip !

Love the hotel. Room was huge, room service breakfast was filling and not expensive. Only thing I can think of changing is the bathroom is dim. You could make it brighter or add another light near the sink to shave with.

Excellent Stay
The staff are friendly and helpful. Though it is a bit troublesome to change lifts at level 6 in order to go to the rooms, there is always a staff there to help you. Good service. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

Good location, not clean at all
The staffs are very nice, we checked in with an upgraded executive room. Yet the room is old and unclean, the bathroom is dirty, the bathtub is very dusty. The room facilities are old and some drawers are broken. Not a very pleasant experience.

Nice hotel. It is nicer than I expected. A lot of hotels we went to are slightly different than the photos we've seen, but The Landmark Macau is more than what we were imagined. It shows a 4 star on the internet but I think it deserves a 5 star or near 5 star.

Dark and cold hotel
The hotel felt dark and cold (not about air conditioning). You just don’t feel it’s a welcoming hotel. The Hotel restaurant felt like gotcha you, a small cup of orange juice cost about US$10. I did not even ask the price but expected $5+ or -. So watch out when you do have to order. One need to take elevator twice to reach the room. Walk in between the elevators are pretty long.

No shuttle service from the ferry to the hotel, which is disappointing for how nice the rest of our hotel stay was. Our room was very large, quiet, and comfortable. AC can be adjusted to suit your needs. Pool area was wonderful and felt good after a day of exploring Macau.
