外見・内装ともに豪華なホテル

マカオ観光のため、2泊ほど滞在しました。 ホテルへの行き方ですが、送迎バスは出ていないのでお隣のスターワールド ホテル(星際酒店)行きのバスに乗ってください。空港やタイパ フェリーターミナルは利用していないので分かりませんが、少なくともアウトハーバーは出ています。フェリーターミナルの建物から外に出て、道路に沿って左に歩いていくと、真っ黄色のパラソルが置かれたバス乗り場があると思います。 タクシーだとアウトハーバーのフェリーターミナルからHK$50前後。ホテル名は「ル アーク」と伝えるか、筆談で凱旋門酒店と書いて見せるのが確実です。 グーグルマップのナビだと地図の東側に入口があるように案内されると思いますが、実際のホテルの入り口は西側(Wynn Macau, ウィン マカオ, 永利澳門)にあります。 セナド広場までは1.3kmほどなので歩けない距離ではないですし、ウィン マカオの北側のバス停から3Aのバスに乗ると近くまで行けます。降りたバス停の近くにエッグタルトで有名なマーガレット カフェ ナタもあって、そんなに悪くはないんじゃないでしょうか。カジノも近隣のホテルが近いので気分で選べます。 ホテルのスタッフは皆さん英語が喋ることができるので、滞在中に不自由をすることはないと思います。接客も丁寧で、電源の変換アダプタを持ってくるのを忘れてフロントに尋ねたのですが、電話口で部屋に1つ置いてある旨を教えてくれただけでなく、部屋までスタッフを派遣してくれました。 ホテル内にいくつかレストランがありますが、外で食べることが多かったので 2F のカジノスペースの奥にある 24 時間のレストランでしか食べていません。おそらくカジノ客向けだと思いますが、便利でした。味も、まあ普通です。いつ行ってもガラガラだったので中国系の方の舌には合わないのでしょうか…。 カジノは、スロットのようなデジタルゲームは一切なく、バカラテーブルがほとんどで、一部に大小とブラックジャックがある程度です。顧客のほとんどが中国系なのでバカラ以外はほとんど稼働してませんでしたね。ミニマムベットはHK$100、HK$200が 2F にありますが、HK$100 のテーブルは夜以外は全く稼働していませんでした。高級志向のホテルなのでハイリミットエリアの方が稼働があります。安く遊びたいなら少し歩いてホテル プレジデント マカオに行くと、夕方から夜にかけては安いテーブルで遊べます。ハイリミットだと、隣のスターワールドやウィン マカオがテーブル数も多いので、ちょっと中途半端ですかね…。まあ、流れや相性もあると思うので、上手く使ってください。 部屋はスイートに泊まりましたが設備には不満はありませんでした。テーブルのコンセントがテーブル下にあって、屈まないとコンセントを挿せないのが不便だったくらいかな。ミネラルウォーターも毎日補充されますし、清掃も行き届いていました。 マカオに再訪することがあれば、また泊まってみたいです。

Amazing room

The room was amazing and we got upgraded at check-in! They did not have any non-smoking rooms left but they made every effort to accommodate us and clean up the room to a non-smoking setup.

第一次入住行政房覺得好，因為出差所以一次訂了好幾次，第二次房間有少少味道，再次入住服務台人員服務已經不太好，所以應該不會再入住，會選擇其他酒店。

All is well , except for the bottled water and fri

The hotel is good in most aspects except that it has a very limited selection in the fridge, and the bottled water is a product of minimalism, so tiny and cute that it fails to quench the thirst that is commonplace after a night of drinking often associated with business trips in Asia and especially Macau. It is my wish that they can either increase the volume or the quantity within each suite, often too lazy to call for extra water.

立地良好な中華系ホテル

チェックインが15時まで出来ないとの口コミも見かけて、昼前に荷物だけを預けに行ったが、笑顔でチェックイン出来ますとの返事で、おまけにスイートにアップグレードしてもらった。タイミングが良かったのかもしれませんが、いい気分で過ごせました。

豪華な設備と眺望もよし！

部屋は、エグゼクティブフロアの角部屋ですごく豪華でした。カジノのあるホテルにはありがちですが、機械的であまりヒューマンな感じはしません。場所もよく、有名なウィンカジノ目の前で、あちこちのホテルから 送迎バスがでていて便利でした。

位置便利 但設備老舊

飯店外觀很漂亮，窗外的夜景也很氣派。 早餐選項蠻豐富的。 位置算便利 附近有餐廳 超市 巴士站 走路只需1分鐘就可以坐巴士到機場 走路15~20分鐘可以到大三巴等知名景點 但沒有機場和凼仔之間的免費接駁巴士 要坐接駁巴士需要到隔壁的星際飯店乘坐。 房間的設備偏老舊 進門會聞到很重的地毯臭味 懷疑是空調濾網很久沒清了 床單甚至還有之前留下的血漬 咖啡機也沒有每天清理 備品也沒有確實補充

Fantastic Stay.

What a great stay. Cant recommend enough! New hotel with amamxing quality fittings and setup. The room was huge with great views. Go check it out yourself - you will not be dissapointed!
