Villa 'Casa Raymond' with Mountain View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the villa Casa Raymond with step-free access and interior is located in Maçanet de la Selva. The 105 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning. Welcome to our vacation rental with an enticing private outdoor space. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, bask in the lush garden, unwind on the open terrace, find shade on the covered terrace, savor grilled delights on the barbecue, and rinse off in the outdoor shower.

There is a convenience shop in the village, just 2 minutes from the house. A member's card for the public swimming pool in the village is included (there is a bar, a coffee shop, and several events at that location).

The nearest beach, at Lloret de Mar, is 20 minutes away. The charming little village of Tossa de Mar is 30 minutes away. The house is close to Girona airport (20 minutes).

2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

Casa de vacaciones verano

Pros: La casa està muy bien para hacer vida en el exterior, el interior no está mal pero necesita de alguna reforma. Aunque haya ventiladores en todas las habitaciones hemos echado de menos aunque sea en el comedor el aire acondicionado. Si hemos necesitado cualquier cosa, Katia nos lo ha solucionado rápido (limpieza piscina, problema con algún electrodoméstico...) En general hemos pasado unos días en familia muy buenos aun pasando un poco de calor por las noches. Cons: La falta de aire acondicionado y la cantidad de mosquitos que hay, aunque eso no es problema de la casa y Katia nos proporcionó antimosquitos para enchufar dentro de casa.
