"Room was old. Needed touch ups of paint everywhere. Didn't look, feel or smell fresh. "

"Everything was super clean and the lobby has been nicely updated. You can tell the rooms are more dated, mainly the bathrooms, but the hotel has done a nice job keeping everything very clean. My biggest compliment is the staff. Our stay was due to the proximity to the hospital and urgent appointments we had for my mom. We needed a lot of last minute special requests and the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. It was exactly the kindness we needed during this stressful time. Thank-you!"

"The restaurant food is not the ordinary hotel food! It was actually very good! The breakfast buffet was a10!! The service was also great! We were coming from Ohio on an early flight, staff helped getting us in our room early to accommodate my granddaughter. The pool area is dreamy! We loved every minute and will definitely be back!!! Thank you to all of the staff!! You were awesome!!!!"

"We had to change rooms because in the first one, the shower was continuously running. Then when we switched rooms, the toilet was not flushing well. It took several flushes to get anything down. The staff was nice."

"The breakfast was great, building is old, but upset well. The parking was convenient and the place itself was overall at 4.5/5. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple."

"Pretty good value for the money considering Tampa prices. The front desk was helpful and it was convenient to have the airport shuttle option. Breakfast was good with waffles, juice, several other options. This is an older place I'm definitely nothing too exciting as far as the room goes, but it was pretty clean was nice having him many refrigerator and access to microwave. The walls and doors were quite thin and most of the TV channels are static. What and we could have found a menu channel, because pushing the up channel button took forever. There is a Subway at a gas station open a block away 24 hours a day."
