Cozy but spacious 2-bedroom, 1 bath home located on Cedar Creek Lake. Large backyard with plenty of space to spread out and relax from the city life. With direct access to the lake, your options for fun are endless.
Included outdoor amenities like our paddleboard, kayak, firepit, fishing dock and cornhole game space you may find you will need extra time to try it all! Located in Gun Barrel City, you won't have to go far to find some great restaurants or grocery stores if you choose to cook at home. We have stocked our kitchen with everything you would need to cook your own delicious meal and have included a backyard grill for your use. Dine al fresco on the deck overlooking the backyard and canal.

If it's too hot or cold outside, our Sunroom provides the perfect space for you to enjoy the view outdoors but remain cozy or cool inside.
At only an hour away from Dallas, Cedar Creek Lake is an easy destination for those looking to escape the city life for a few days.

Inside
Open concept living room/kitchen with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cooking spices, blender, food processer, toaster, instant pot that also air frys and slow cooks, pots and pans, dishes and silverware.
TV includes Netflix and DirectTV stream.
1st Bedroom- Queen bed with bedding and pillows.
2nd Bedroom- Corner unit twin and full size beds with twin trundle below the full bed. nightstand between the twin and full bed.
Bathroom- Stand up shower and sink.
Sunroom- Sofa with queen sleeper overlooking backyard. Washer and Dryer located in sunroom.

Outside
Raised deck that overlooks the backyard, firepit, cornhole game, dock and canal. Grill located right off deck with overhead string lights to help see across the expansive backyard. Paddleboard and kayak as well as life vests are provided. Newly built fishing dock for you to relax or fish on the canal. Stairway to help you get in and out of the water.

If your planned activities include going in the water, please check ahead on the lake level, as it can vary during year and especially during the end of the summer months.

***We are currently adding an upper deck at the water. You will still have current access to lower deck, but the upper deck is still under construction, and is not available for guest use. We ask that you remain off the structure and the area surrounding it. See the last picture in the listing to see what this area looks like.
