"I booked and already paid at 9:25 pm. Arrived at the hotel at midnight, there was no staff at the front. Tried to make a phone be call written there but there was no answer. Even though I left some message on SMS, they don't answer. Finally I drove home without staying in the rain. I don't think it's good as much as it should be."

The location on Google showed .5km, the actual distance from the festival was 7.1kms, NOT walking distance. We also didn’t enjoy waiting for 30 minutes for a staff member to show up for our check in. Another guest was waiting too, but walked away after waiting longer than us. And finally, after a long drive, I didn’t notice until the next day that the staff...
