Ambiente was quite good. But service and especially complaint management is downright improvable as the invoice was provided to us two days after our departure by email and charging was not really traceable. At the end, they charge us more as stated by the online travel agency when booking.

Freundliches Personal aber kein 2. mal

Das 4 Mann Zimmer geht mal garnicht . War zwar nur alleine aber es war kein anderes Zimmer mehr frei . Das Zimmer wirkt kalt und jeglichen wohlfühlfaktor . Das Bad ist aus den 80ern und die Dusche (Alte Badewanne)ist in eine winzige Mulde eingebaut worden dass ich mich beim duschen ducken musste da ich mit dem Kopf oben anstoße (1,82). Das geht mal garnicht . Ansonsten Internet , parken und frühstück in Ordnung. Allerdings kann es das auch nicht raus reißen.

Très belle suite, nous avons dormis dans la grande suite, c'était très propre, jacuzzi, grand lit très confortable, rien à redire sur l'équipement et la propreté de l'endroit. Le lieu est agréable, ressourçant ! Cependant on est malheureusement retomber sur une grosse fête ce même soir, du bruit jusque tard dans la nuit.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. The bed was amazing and the room was beautiful . There where some lovely touches like sweets and crisps left in a little fridge . We wished we could have stayed longer . It was also only a short walk to snow world which was our destination.

Family stop over

Over priced for what you got. Room was large with 4 twin beds. Shower was combined with the bath. It only had a hand held shower head and no way to stop the water flooding the floor. Also it was recessed under a very low ceiling which my husband couldn't stand up under it. No hair dryer in the room. Meals were reasonable in the restaurant and the area is all park lands and animals which was nice.

Niet echt prettig en veilige omgeving

Op 1 nacht door een gast naast mij agressief benaderd, die ook nog mijn laptop dacht te molestreren, naast dat deze me wenste in elkaar te slaan. Nu kan ik dat niet direct aan het hotel verwijten, maar toch wel bijzonder publiek. Dan voel je je wel redelijk onveilig op de binnenplaats, waar 's avonds niet echt veel publiek is , dan wel dat je je veilig voelt. Nacht hierop twee keer midden in de nacht een brandalarm, wat redelijk lang duurde, twee keer de brandweer voor moest komen, en dat een substantieel deel van de nachtrust heeft gekost

Landgoed Overste Hof

The hotel is set in an old farm, based around a cobbled courtyard. There are still animals on site which adds a slightly quirky feeling. Rooms are simply furnished, but spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great with a good mix of bread, pastries, cold meats as well as hot scrambled eggs and bacon. There is a lovely terrace next to a small lake where you can eat dinner in the evening or just sit and have a drink. Very handy for SnowWorld which is a 2 minute drive away.

Slechtste badkamer ooit. Reactie personeel 0,0.

Via Hotels.com een kamer geboekt voor 2 nachten bij landgoed Overste Hof. Gevraagd om een kamer met 2 aparte bedden. Bij aankomst geen identificatie! Kregen kamer 218 toegewezen. Dit was de meest slechte kamer van het hotel. Stond in geen verhouding tot de foto's op internet. Geen minibar in de kamer. Geen föhn in de badkamer. Douchedeur ging maar voor 30 cm. open. Kon ik NIET IN. Deur van de douche kwam tegen het toilet aan. Je kon niet recht op het toilet zitten, want toiletpapier-houder zat in de weg. En GEEN 2 aparte bedden. Geen uitzicht op de beloofde binnenplaats. Slechts via een klein raampje gezicht op een grasveld. Dus duidelijk was ons de slechtste kamer van het hotel toegewezen. Protest bij de balie had geen zin. Hotel was volgeboekt en geen andere mogelijkheid was aanwezig. We moesten het er maar mee doen. Dus slot conclusie, als je via het internet boekt, dan krijg je automatisch de slechtste kamer van het hotel

I booked for myself and my 2 children :14 and t years. There was no triple room available anymore so we had the nuptial room with an extra large bed and extra comfort. We had enough room for 3. Without any supplement due to the upper class of room. For children : sheeps, goats and wild animals as gooses, tiny frogs...

Das Gebäude ist wunderschön gelegen, allerdings ist der gesamte Ausbau und die Einrichtung sowie die Bäder schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, z.B. Sind die Kunstlederbezüge der Stühle im Restaurant sehr verschlossen. Under Zimmer roch extrem muffig. Unser Bad war eine Katastrophe, das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, die Fliesen usw. war alles sehr abgenutzt. Im allgemeinen mangelte es im gesamten Hotel etwas an der Sauberkeit. Ich würde es nicht unbedingt noch einmal buchen. Allerdings entschädigt das freundliche Personal.

Prachtige omgeving en mooie kamer (de suite). Maar het personeel op 2 na waren lomp. In het restaurant was er voldoende personeel maar die reageerden niet op je. Ze kwamen niet langs en moest je zelf erachter aan gaan. Bij het inchekken hebben we 5 minuten gewacht terwijl er een personeelslid naast ons stond te niksen en ons zelfs bijna omver liep. Een aardig personeelslid kwam vanuit de keuken en kwam ons helpen. Jammer want het is een pracht locatie. Als ik de baas was zou ik 80% van het personeel ontslaan en opnieuw starten.
