"Awful experience! The door lock was visibly broken and wouldn’t lock! It wouldn’t lock! Large flies in the washroom… that’s when we decided to leave. Huge stains on the carpet, finger prints all over the windows and a very sketchy neighborhood. We walked out… and lost 4 nights prepaid hotel. We hope Expedia refunds our money… and speaks to this hotel. "

"From checking in to checking out staff were amazing friendly and professional nothing was to much trouble reception,housekeeping and restaurant staff everyone were amazing, we booked in for 2days and it was so relaxing we are going back to Germany in September and we will be checking in back in this hotel for longer.
