Fantastic room, Quiet, easy parking, friendly staff

Exceptional place to stay. Beautiful room and bathroom. Staff were friendly and nice. The service was great from the concierge. The casino cafe's and restaurants are amazing. The crepe cafe is a must and Cafe Americano has amazing food and service. The view from the top of the Eiffel tower is so worth it. I loved staying here.

I returned to Harrah’s for Thanksgiving stay, as it is a nice location, with nice, clean, comfortable rooms, a good crowd, very tasty food choices and the cafe. Check in and check out efficient, and all the in-betweens are handled professionally, courteously, and with aplomb. Thanks again. Mr RC

The room was good. The self check-in & check-out process was very convenient. Parking can get tight & cramped when you come late & the traffic to get out the parking garage during check-out could be better. Got stuck in the garage for about 40min before we were able to get out.

The room was fine but we should have explained that one closer to convenient location would have been better. I am handicapped and the walk to our room was terrible. And the elevator to the ride share was out of order for the 2 days we were there…so I had to walk up and down the stairs. Very inconvenient which caused me alot of discomfort and pain. As always I resent having to pay a resort fee for using nothing, but I know I have too! But we will be back again, but will make my limitations known.
