There are some things you should know while arriving at high-season: If you are granted A la carte dining free of charge for staying more than 5 nights, book it right upon arrival, or get Rixos app and reserve before arrival. Book your transfer to Land of Legends at arrival, the tickets are already included in your stay. Uber does not pick you up from the hotel, even if it brings you there. Yellow taxis that are nearby, are in good condition and you can pay cash (Euros, Dollars also). Other than that, you should have a good time staying there."

"We had an amazing stay! The food was excellent, with a huge variety, especially at breakfast and dinner. The kids (10 and 6 years) absolutely loved the place. There were activities and entertainment all day long, and the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The reception staff and everyone we met were always smiling and welcoming. We booked a car to the Land of Legends from the reception and the prices were similar to other outside companies, however the guy helping us was extremely kind and helpful! The only minor comment we had was that sometimes the room cleaning was delayed until around 3 p.m., probably due to shortage. But the rooms were cleaned very well. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back! Highly recommended!"

"Not enough words to describe. When I arrived for 2 days the AC did not work in my room but did in all others but hotel full. By the next morning (15 hours later) they had no idea how to fix it. And there was no hot water for showers. None. They blamed both on the city but clearly it was on them. Lots of little issues too. When the AC wasn't fixed and no hot water after 2 hours, I packed and left."
