Charming apartment with a separate bedroom, located on Rue Chaponnay on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a secure building, very close to the Saxe Gambetta metro station, in Lyon's 3rd arrondissement. The apartment is located on the 5th floor without elevator.

It includes the following amenities:

A kitchenette equipped with a microwave, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, an oven, a mini refrigerator, induction stovetops, a range hood, basic cookware, and utensils

A separate glass-enclosed bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), a large storage closet, and a portable fan
A bathroom with a shower, a sink with storage, a towel dryer, and a hairdryer - WC
A washing machine, an iron, and a drying rack
Blackout curtains on the windows
NOTE: No WiFi, no TV.

Upon your arrival, you will find linen and basic supplies in the apartment.

The bed will be prepared according to the number of guests indicated on the reservation
1 bath towel per person per stay (if you need more, please plan accordingly)
1 kitchen towel and 1 bathroom floor mat

1 dishwashing liquid & 1 sponge

Today, Part-Dieu is a district where people work but also a destination to live, go out, relax, engage in culture, or create. A lively transit hub thanks to its dense public transportation network, Part-Dieu is also a destination for its shopping spaces, sports facilities, and cultural venues.

Shops
The district offers a variety of shopping options. Convenient and centralized with the Part-Dieu shopping center and Les Halles Paul Bocuse, it is also more dispersed and diverse in other neighborhood areas. In total, over 800 shops are available in the area, 30% of which are cafés and restaurants. The shopping center has 240 stores and restaurants, attracting 35 million visitors annually.

Sports and Cultural Facilities
Looking for entertainment and a change of scenery? Take a stroll on the Nelson Mandela esplanade, enjoy a concert at the auditorium, watch a film in one of 14 cinemas, attend an event at Bourse du Travail, or, for sports enthusiasts, visit Halle Vivier Merle or Garibaldi swimming pool. For a quieter experience, head to the municipal library or the archives consultation room.
