L'ATELIER - Wonderful flat in Lyon center close to Opera and Town Hall

"L'ATELIER" is a recently refurbished apartment, it is a one-bedroom apartment located in the city center, in the historic and very lively Capucins district of Lyon 1er: a stone's throw away are several theatrical cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, boutiques and artists' studios. At the top of the slopes is the Croix Rousse plateau with its famous market in particular, and below the Place des Terreaux with the Museum of Fine Arts, the Opera, rue de la République and its many shops going up to Place Bellecour.
It is perfect for your business or tourist stays or if you are from Lyon and need a "pied-à-terre" for personal reason.

The bedroom is on the courtyard side of the building, quiet, with a queen size double bed and storage, the bathroom is equipped with a beautiful contemporary shower, sink and WC. The living room consists of an equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed 160, flat screen TV. Internet WIFI (fiber optic), iron, hair dryer, and washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner (shared with the other 3 apartments on the same floor). You will appreciate the ceiling fans in the summer!

The accommodation is unique because:
- it is very well maintained and I make improvements as and when comments from guest,
- I try to be reactive quickly to any technical problems that you may encounter during your stay (but everything works on your arrival),
- my sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels are washed in a 100 ° launderer, no risk of contamination,
- each time a guest leaves, a rigorous cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products and bleach,

The little extra:
- 3 other apartments on the same floor for weekly rental for friends or family,
- I can help you during your short stay in this apartment to then find your future house or apartment in Lyon as part of a longer rental or purchase

Lyon is a wonderful city!!Location of this apartment is central and suited us being near the group of people we were connecting with at Les place de terreaux.The entry instructions were clear. The place was clean - bed and sofa bed were ready. We thought it was very barebones… no extras at all… no bathroom soap and hardly enough toilet paper.My experience, sleeping on the fold out couch would have been ok but for the bar noise downstairs that is loud - it is so popular a place and is teeming with people every night 4pm - until after midnight …you’ll, as our manager suggested, need ear plugs!!
