Th Hotel was lovely and the view from window beautiful. The bathroom was clean and pretty but bathroom needed a shelving area for travel products . The room could have had better lighting - was darkish . I have to say the spiral staircase to breakfast made me dizzy . The breakfast was not as nice as others and staff at breakfast not very hospitable.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and both experiences have been so wonderful. Great staff and hospitality. Great location couple minutes walk to old Lyon. I will looking to be back here again.

Great place to stay for both families and couples! Nicely located in the centre of town, walking distance to all the shopping and dining. Also the hotel lobby has free coffee machine that makes hot chocolate too. Free water and sparkling water as well as nicely brewed herbal tea. Love the friendly staff and don’t forget to try their breakfast option, it’s quite nice, everything is done just right, including the drinks.

A very convenient location. Unfortunately the cafe next door has closed and there’s rubbish been left. The service was excellent - a small issue with the room was fixed without delay and we received a food gift due to any convenience we may have had. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Highly recommend, great location and staff

Fantastic hotel in a great location nearby to lovely restaurants and bars. Staff were brilliant, particularly Loan. Would highly recommend staying here and would happily stay again.
