Ideally situated, just a few meters from the banks of the Rhône, 5 minutes walk from the Presqu'île. Peaceful, light & confortable interior, totally renovated (polished concrete, parquet floors, wood, charming wall papers, antique furniture, contemporary paintings, modern & functional equipments, Dyson cool fan). Entrance, living room (kitchen, dining, lounge areas with 160cm sofa bed), 1 bedroom (two 80cm beds that can be joined to form double bed), bathroom, separate WC. Bed linen, towels & household linen supplied at no extra charge. Fixed charge for final cleaning : 50 euros (optional). Cot on request. Books, cleaning products & basic condiments are available for guests. Warm reception by owners who are living on lower floor.
