Cocoonr Agency offers you a flat for rent in Lyon's 3rd arrondissement, just a stone's throw from the Part-Dieu Villette district and opposite the charming Place Sainte-Anne. Cactus is a magnificent 78 m² T3 duplex, in an interior courtyard that can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it features a lovely 25 m² living room, equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub).

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A first spacious bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a small closet area and a bathroom with a washbasin, towel rail and bathtub. This room opens onto the interior of the building
- A corridor leads into the living area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen: hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator (with freezer section).
- A dining area with a high table and 4 bar chairs. The living room has two large windows overlooking rue Paul Bert, a sofa, TV (molotov channels)
- The second bedroom is upstairs, with stairs (only one person at a time, as these are very narrow) just above the dining table. A beautiful space under the roof, with a double bed (140x190) and a velux window. A closet space (you'll have to bend down to get to it). A bathroom with shower and washbasin. A glass roof makes up this beautiful bedroom, with blackout curtains when in night mode
- A separate toilet

Exterior:
The flat is ideally located in Lyon 3, one of Lyon's largest districts, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops (supermarkets, Intermarché just across the street, the voie verte ... ), as well as small local boutiques, restaurants (Le coq et la mule), bars (le Becbec), pastry shops and tea rooms (Festin, Maison Hiriart), clothing boutiques (Coquette) and the rue Gabillot market every Friday and Sunday morning.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the vicinity, paying for parking spaces with the pay-and-display system or the flowbird application. Note that in Lyon, only criteria 1 and 2 are authorized.

- Nearest train station: Gare Part-Dieu, 10 minutes' walk
- Velo'v station at Place Saint-Anne
- Metro: line B, part-dieu stop. Bus lines: 25/C11/C13/C3/C9. Tramway: line T3 and T4
- Nearest airport: Lyon Part-dieu airport, take the Rhône-express in 30 minutes
