The Wi-Fi only works in the mornings. In the afternoons, around 4 or 5, it stops working. It shows as if you’re connected, but the internet doesn’t work.

Staff is really friendly but very limited English. My room wasn't big but I have all the minimal stuff. The only problem it's to get there, it doesn't have a easy connection with the centre of Lyon and around the hotel there is not enough things to do and the Hotel doesn't have instalation for recreation. Also it's really hard to eat something around.

Easy place to stay with dogs, but bring earplugs because it is noisy. Staff is friendly, shower and bed are comfortable. Rooms are a bit small but good for a quick nap when you are on the road. Clean towels and bed but the rest of the room can be cleaned better (a.o. fingerprints and smudges on the mirror and very dingy door to the shower has not been cleaned for a long time)

A blacklister !

Une chambre hors d'âge bien loin de la jolie photo de la chambre triple du site. Chambre triple réservée pour 3 personnes = 1 lit double pris en compte uniquement par l'hôtel. Donc linge de toilette pour deux !! Linge insuffisant et en plus sale avec des traces noires, comme le coivercle des wc dailleurs. Une chance le lit etait fait. Goutte a goutte à la bagnoire, au lavabo et aux wc. Wc qui mettent 10 mn à se remplir.... Impossible de descendre l'escalier sans réveiller les personnes en bas tellement il craque. Oubliez l'envie de verrouiller votre chambre la nuit : cest impossible... Sol sale Si après tout cela, vous vous endormez profondément, n'ayez crainte, vous serez réveillés par la lumière naturelle, il n'y a ni store ni volet. Juste des doubles rideaux.

Petit déjeuner très décevant. Crêpes immangeables, pas de vrai jus d'orange mais un erzat bas de gamme, yaourts insuffisants, pas de pain frais... De quoi faire perdre un client comme c'est le cas pour nous.

Beskidte værelser

Forfærdelig oplevelse. Vi tjekkede ind kl.21 under en kør selv ferie efter at have kørt 17 timer. Planen var at få noget søvn inden vi kørte videre næste morgen. Værelserne var så beskidte!! Der var kæmpe pletter på tæpperne, forfærdeligt indeklima og en slem lugt. I sekundet vi trådte ind på værelse kunne vi ikke trække vejret. Der var insekter oppe på loftet. Insekterne kom ind igennem dørkarmen, som sad løst og man kunne se insekterne kravle igennem inde fra værelset af. Man kunne ikke betale mig for at sove i værelset. Virkelig virkelig forfærdeligt. Vi forklarede i receptionen, at vi har tre børn og kan umuligt sove i et værelse af den slags kaliber. Vi fik tilbud nogle nye værelse, men de var i præcis samme tilstand. Der var så mange insekter på lampen foran døren indtil værelse, at så snart du åbnede døren fløj de ind på værelset. Vi endte med at vende retur og kræve vores penge tilbage og endte med at sove i bilen. Hvis du ikke går op i renlighed og kan sove i noget der minder og lugter af en container så go for it.

Mauvaise Expérience

Mon séjour s'est très bien déroulé jusqu'à la nuit de mercredi à Jeudi. Un groupe la jeune à décidé de faire la fête des environs de minuit jusqu'à près de 06 heures du matin. Il n'y a eu aucune réaction d'un personnel quelconque de l'hôtel. Lors du petit déjeuner quand j'ai fait part de mon mécontentement à la personne présente à la réception je n'ai eu pour unique réponse. "Je suis désolé , mais ne vous inquiétez pas, ces personnes quittent l'hôtel aujourd'hui". Bref je suis déçu de mon expérience BRIT HOTEL.

Un type motel plutôt, accueil très agréable et bien situé, la chambre que j'ai eu au départ sentait très fort l'eau croupie et je n'ai pas pu refermer la fenêtre à bascule que j'avais ouvert pour aérer. J'ai demandé à changer et cela s'est fait sans soucis, c'était bien mieux ! Sdb avec baignoire, le lit est grand et propre, c'est en fait 2 lits 1 place collés mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé. Matelas confortables. Restauration et axes routiers très proche, parking accolé aux chambres, très vite plein mais on trouve toujours de quoi se caler. J'ai apprécié le calme, la verdure et la proximité de nombreux merles vivant dans les arbres en face de ma fenêtre. Un effrt est indispensable concernant la moquette, elle est très sale et de nombreux morceaux/miettes non indentifiées jonchent le sol, c'est très repoussant et l'odeur qui en émane met mal à l'aise. Un netoyage profond est nécessaire, heureusement que je n'ai pas de soucis repsiratoires, j'ai des proches qui ne pourraient pas séjourner dans cet environnement sans faire de crises. Peu cher ne veut pas dire sale, je n'ai aps osé marcher pieds nus dans ma propre chambre. Les employés sont adorables et serivables, savent répondre efficacement aux demandes. Les lumières sont également un peu basses selon les chambres mais ça c'est selon chacun.

Definitely motel-like, I wouldn’t call it a hotel but maybe this is a hotel in Lyon? It’s okay. I had my two nights traveling in between countries and it was safe, the shower was good and the bed was clean & comfortable. I really didn’t expect it to be so far away from anything (thank goodness for the bus & train). There were these red stains on the carpet, the toilet seat was a bit loose and over all, a bit of a strange fit for that toilet but, there you go! Some peeling at the baseboards but otherwise, fine. Not a 5 ⭐️ place or stay but it did the job and the staff were friendly 😁
