    THE APARTMENT

    The apartment features 3 separate bedrooms, a large and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and 2 loggias. Its layout allows everyone to enjoy a comfortable stay, whether travelling with family, friends or colleagues.

    You will have exclusive use of the entire apartment during your stay, as well as a private underground parking space. The parking area can accommodate two medium-sized cars parked one behind the other. The maximum vehicle height is 1.80 m.

    GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

    The apartment is non-smoking. Guests who wish to smoke may use the loggia next to the living room, keeping the doors closed to prevent smoke from entering the apartment.

    The apartment does not have air conditioning. Each bedroom is equipped with a fan, and an air cooler is provided in the living room for greater comfort during warm periods.

Propreté des lieux

Propreté parfaite tant de la literie que du linge de maison. Matelas très confortables Bien équipé en électroménager. Salle de bain spacieuse. Espace de vie et chambres bien aménagées. Il pourrait être ajouté des voilages au niveau des chambres. Bien situé avec commerces de bouche à proximité et accès centre ville très pratique tant en transports en commun qu'à pied.
