"Great location, and I would have given a 10/10 rating, but on the last day one of the front desk gave us wrong information to get to the airport, (there is in fact another route to the airport on Saturdays beside the RhoneExpress). Otherwise the bed was comfy, the room was quiet and we enjoyed our brief stay."

"The staff is what makes this hotel a great place to stay. Professional and friendly are the best descriptors for them. The hotel also has a very good location. Don’t let the facade of the building put you off as this is a very nice place to stay while in Lyon."
