"I had a very pleasant stay at Campanile PRIME Lyon Centre Gare Part Dieu. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station, which made arrivals and departures very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well designed for a city stay. No refrigerator for anyone who needs that. What stood out most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Raphaelle, Manuel, and so many of the others were especially helpful and friendly, and their warmth made a real difference after long travel days. I did not have the full breakfast during my stay. I had seen a takeaway breakfast option listed online, but when I inquired at the restaurant, it did not appear to be available. It may be helpful to clarify that offering for future guests. Overall, I found this to be a convenient and welcoming place to stay in Lyon and would consider it again for future visits."

"Only issue was that the room was vetting warm and the A/C wasn't great. However, by lowering the blinds and opening the windows it helped. Excellent staff, wonderful location and very good buffet breakfast"

"I booked this hotel specifically for location, comfort and air conditioning. When I arrived it was warm/hot. When I noticed the air conditioning didn’t work I went to reception I see what I was doing wrong. It turned out that the air conditioning doesn’t work until mid May. I was there the first week in May. The location was great if you are taking the train. The rooms were clean. The amenities such as soap and shampoo were minimal. "

"Room was very small - had no place to put our clothes. No wardrobe - only 4 pegs to hang clothes. Bed very comfortable and breakfast very good. Excellent staff. Overall we settled in and enjoyed the hotel. There was a very nice outdoor area. Short walk to the University of Lyon and excellent public transport - trams and underground. We would stay there again."
