The Getaway

“The Getaway” was a good location to travel to other areas & see different things. The home was well stocked with everything you would need. Aubrey answered all questions and responded quickly. She even gave us some nearby things to do.

Such a great place to stay

We absolutely loved this home. It was so accommodating and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was clean, with great instructions on the check in info as well as handy notes around the house. We will certainly stay here again if it’s available on our next visit.

Great guest house close to Holiday World

We travel to Holiday World every year with our two nephews and one niece. As they have grown, staying in a hotel room has become less comfortable. We were looking for a nice place with more room, and found it in nearby Lynnville.The property is an older (1930's??) house with modern upgrades that make it an ideal short term rental. Everyone had their own private space.The property was clean, and the owners obviously care about their guests. There was soap, laundry detergent, coffee, and other amenities that made the stay a pleasure.There is a dollar store nearby, and a Caseys which has great breakfast.About 30 minutes more or less to Holiday World.We were thrilled with our stay, and the kids have already asked to stay there next year!
