"The property is absolutely stunning!! I was so impressed! Very clean, I’ve stayed at many of the resorts in the Dells in the past, and moving forward, I would always choose to stay here. I’ve stayed at resorts nationwide and worldwide, and Taylor at the front desk is truly the sweetest person to ever check my family and me in. She made such a great first impression and made us feel so at home during our stay, which really added to that familiar, friendly Midwest Wisconsin feel."

"Best part? Free admission to the park when you stay at the hotel. Not the best hotel- beds were not super comfortable and there were no staff around!!! You get what you pay for and it worked good enough for us but we would probably not stay there again. They have a lot of buildings and we should have tried to get something closer to the theme/water park! Everything in the dells is super expensive, including mediocre food and watered down beverages at the theme/water park!"

"The view of river was amazing, well worth the extra bucks. Hot tub was better than most of the more expensive resorts. 5 star hot tub!! Staff was amazing, helpful on the spot. They offer so many useful amenities. Free drink at bar when check in. For the price a must to stay. Plus its a 6 min walk to downtown Dells...Beds were super comfy. Ill b back"

"As always, Fairmont Inns, are clean and nicely appointed. The issue we had was with the front desk and housekeeping. There was an accident on our second night and we needed one of the beds sheets changed. The woman at the desk said that it was a firm rule that housekeeping could only clean a room every three days. We had no issue with that, we did not want our room cleaned. We just needed one of the beds to have clean sheets because it was soiled and unsanitary to sleep in. The woman at the front desk made it seem like it was a really big deal, and we might have to be charged extra for it, and scheduling the service would be difficult?! Later that afternoon, there was a sweet young housekeeper in the hall near our room. We asked if she could just change those sheets, which she happily did in less than 5 minutes. It did not seem like a big deal to her or that we were complicating her schedule or in any way being unreasonable. We certainly understand the three day housekeeping plan and have no issues with that at all. But…things happen unexpectedly and need to be taken care of. We were made to feel like we were being unreasonable and demanding which was not the case at all. We weren’t asking for it to be done immediately, just sometime during the day. We were certainly taken aback by the front desk’s attitude and demeanor over what should have been a very small issue."

"I loved everything about the property, the property was clean and accommodating to all that traveled with me. Super family friendly when traveling with young kids. We had a hiccup and it was resolved and assured immediately! Definitely would recommend and will use this hotel for our return visit in a couple weeks! Don’t forget your swag bag upon check in! See ya soon….."
